URGENTLY NEEDED
Disaster & Hunger Relief

One could barely believe their eyes the devastation Hurricane Katrina has left behind. Thousands of people are in desperate need.

When disaster strikes America, such as the recent Hurricane Katrina, the United States Corps of Chaplains and their Disaster Response Teams goes into action. Volunteers are specially trained to help in a crisis or disaster. In addition to religious support, we meet them at their place of need.

Aiding Americans in Need

Working with other relief organizations who provide hot meals and lodging during those first hours and days, supplies from the United States Corps of Chaplains Disaster Relief Center are distributed to folks to help re-establish their lives as they return to their homes or transitional housing. We provide household supplies, food, blankets, towels, linens, personal care items and other things needed to set up their homes.

Disaster Relief Kits

The United States Corps of Chaplains relies on churches, organizations, businesses, and individuals to help provide the Kits needed when disasters affect America. YOU can help – your church, business, or organization can assist the United States Corps of Chaplains by preparing Disaster & Hunger Relief Kits. Those affected by Disasters need help NOW and for the future.

Your help is urgently needed. PLEASE help us “Make a Difference” in their lives.

We NEED YOU to reach out and help others affected by the devastating effects of disasters. We also need volunteers that are interested in joining the USCOC.
